Return Policy

If the payments are made by Credit Card

  1. To return your goods, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order, provided that the goods are in the same condition as supplied, and in their original packaging along with the original invoice according to the relevant applicable conditions of Consumer Protection law.
  2. When the return process takes place, the communication shall occur between the customer and the vendor, and FURNNMORE, doesn’t have any role in this process as its an intermediary company between the customer and the vendor.
  3. Received and installed products are non-refundable in any manner.
  4. After receiving the approval from the vendor, delivery and installation fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  5. All payments shall be refunded in the same methods of payments within 7 working days.


If the payments are made by the bank funding services which are available through the application and the website

1.      The purchased goods shall not be returned in any way, neither the paid price can be claimed. However, it may be exchanged with the same or different good subject to proving manufacturing defect or damage.

2.      If the goods were found to be defective or damaged, the paid amount shall be credited to the customer account, after deducting the delivery and the installation fees, to be used in other transactions through the application or the website. price paid after deduction of delivery and installation fees shall be credited to the account of the customer for his use in other purchase of good through the application and website.

3.       The customer shall not be entitled to claim the amount due in cash. however, the customer is only entitled to use the amount in the purchase of various goods.
